What do I need to run the programs?

A Windows PC. Each product page lists what that program needs.

How does the free trial work?

Install the program and open it. It works fully for 7 days from the first time it runs on your computer. After 7 days it asks for an unlock key.

How do I get my download after buying?

You receive an email with your download link right after your purchase.

How do I get my unlock key?

1. Open the program. Its licence window shows your computer code.
2. Email that code with your order number to mhayes@virtualcontrolllc.com.
3. You receive a licence file by email. Load it in the program's licence window (or paste the licence text there).

Does the key expire?

No. The key works on the computer it was issued for and does not expire.

Can I use one key on two computers?

No. A key works only on the computer whose code it was issued for. Each computer needs its own key.

What is your refund policy?

Because every program has a free 7-day trial, sales are final. The one exception: if a program will not install or run on a supported Windows PC and we cannot fix the problem, we refund it within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy.
